Stavna Ballet’s Spring Performance

Stavna Ballet is thrilled to announce our spring performance, Director’s Choice! We will be including excerpts from the classic ballet, Paquita, as well as new Contemporary Works by a multitude of incredible choreographers. Resident choreographers from the Richmond area as well as guest choreographers from all over the mid-atlantic region have worked together with our dancers to introduce fascinating and breathtaking new movement into our repertoire.

In our First Act, we are presenting excerpts from Paquita! See the company perform these Spanish influenced classical ballet pieces, in fast paced solos, duets, and quartettes .

Our Second Act will feature New Works created on our dancers by Director, Shannon McConville, Ballet Mistress, Colleen Edwards, and Guest Choreographers, Kristina Edwards, Elizabeth Woodington, Misha Nikitine, and Starr Foster.

Performances will take place at the Lynn Theater;

Saturday, May 13 th at 2:00pm and 6:00pm, and Sunday, May 14th at 2:00pm
